Colorful & Whimsical
"As colorful as possible", Anna shared when first inquiring with us to flower their wedding. Music to our ears as we adore working with color! Anna and Giacamo were looking for a floral that is bright, vibrant, and whimsical to set the tone for a garden-inspired event with a more laid-back feel. We love how the vibrant colors paired with the picturesque landscape and Georgian-style mansion at Floriana, in Ipswich.
Floriana
Floriana is a historic estate on the North Shore of Boston providing the perfect backdrop for weddings. The sprawling grounds and elegant estate are nestled among lush greenery. The estate is situated alongside the beautiful Ipswich River, providing a stunning backdrop for wedding celebrations.
Garden Style Inspiration
A love of gardening runs in Anna's family, which instantly connected us! Anna shared she keeps fresh cut flowers in her home because it brings her so much joy, so we knew flowers were going to be an important part of the day.
Bold Blooms Color Palette
We created a color palette featuring an array of vibrant colors, including pinks, blues, purples, oranges, and yellows. Every design was filled with color and texture and was thoughtfully crafted to evoke joy. It was so special when we received a note of thanks after the wedding from Anna's mom, letting us know we nailed their vision. She shared, "The flowers were spectacular! Everyone loved them - so much variety of color, textures, depth. They really were beautifully done." This means the world! Especially knowing how important flowers are within their family!
Personal Florals
The bridal bouquet and bridesmaids' bouquets were filled with bold colors. They served as beautiful decor as Anna was getting ready with her closest friends and family. It felt extra special knowing how much she loves having fresh cut flowers in her home, knowing they bring her joy, to see these as a part of her getting ready space!
Giacamo's boutonniere was designed to complement Anna's bouquet, but have its own personality. We believe boutonnierres should not be an afterthought. They are a quiet detail that carries connection - a personal touch worn close to the heart. For many, it’s these detailed blooms that tie them to their partner’s bouquet, a subtle echo of their partnership as they take on this next chapter together. We loved making this special piece for Giacamo!
Ceremony Florals
One of the really special elements of their day was the family arbor. We were able to add bright and bold blooms to this special piece, which had been used in the weddings of Anna's brothers before her. We love weaving in special elements like this; it brings so much meaning to the day. A tradition that started as part of Anna's family and is now part of the start of Anna and Giacamo's story together.
The florals on the arbor were the perfect backdrop to their outdoor ceremony at Floriana. Anna wanted a whimsical, floral-lined ceremony aisle. We accomplished this with bright and bold blooms lining the aisle leading to the statement arbor florals.
Reception Florals
The decor balanced simple elegance with white linens in a tented reception, with bold blooms filled with texture, color, and FUN! A reflection of Anna and Giacamo's timeless beauty and fun, joyful personalities.
Centerpieces included colorful blooms, mixing bud vase florals with statement florals, alongside colorful candles, and offering a joyful setting for guests to dine and connect.
The sweetheart table included some florals from the arbor, creating a colorful space for Anna and Giacamo's first meal together as a married couple.

We love how Anna and Giacamo incorporated such joyful colors, setting the tone for the day. A mix of playful designs in vibrant colors to match their energetic personalities. It was such a wonderful palette against the elegance of the estate at Floriana—one of the most picturesque settings on the North Shore.

It was such a joy to design for Anna and Giacamo! It's always special to work with couples who share an appreciation for flowers, and we instantly connected over this with Anna! The love of blooms and each other shone throughout the day, and we were so honored to be a part of it! Congratulations, Anna and Giacamo!
